Who will be coaching me?

You’ll be partnered with Opsize’s Founder and Principal, Kev Jochelson.

Kev is a serial entrepreneur and founder who has a huge passion for helping startup founders grow personally and professionally.

He’s a founder and early-stage operator, owning several businesses and being a shareholder or investor in others.

If Kev isn't the right fit for you, he'll happily refer you to other coaches and programs that we think might be a better fit.

What kind of experience do I need to be a coaching client?

We work exclusively with early-stage startup founders—whether you're pre-launch, post-MVP, or somewhere in between.

Our best-fit clients are ambitious, coachable, and ready to move fast. You might:

What’s your typical process for coaching?

Every founder starts with a discovery call—on the house.

It’s a 45–60 minute deep dive (longer if we’re really chewing into it) where we unpack your goals, challenges, and aspirations—and see if there’s a flavour fit. Coaching is a partnership, and we don’t do bland.

If we’re both keen to dig in, we start strong with a kick-off session.

This is our business deep dive: goals (personal and professional), team and structure, business model, finances—the whole menu. We put everything on the table.

From there, I build your custom Goals, Session and Strategy Dashboard.

It’s your command centre—showing your goals, OKRs, session notes, strategy, and most importantly, your Take Aways. Every session ends with clear action items, backed by proven playbooks, frameworks, and tool recs to keep you moving fast.

Then we get to work.

Coaching runs every two weeks, 1:1
, with a minimum 3-month commitment.

Yes, we can shift something in one session. And yes, we can make serious progress in a month. But in 3 months? We get momentum:

At the 3-month mark, we check in.

Definitely.

As a serial founder who’s both bootstrapped and raised capital, I know how tight funds can be in the early days.

That’s why I offer Free Office Hours for early-stage founders—it’s my way of giving back to the community. Spots are limited and usually only available when I’m not already giving time to programs like Blackbird’s GIANTS, Techstars, and others I support.
