I left the Investment Banking world over a decade ago, stepping into the vibrant, at times gruelling, journey of tech startups.

It's been a tough but sweet ride, and I've tripped and fallen more times than I care to count.

But, each stumble was a lesson, a flavour note, in the art of running a business.

Because just as you learn more about creating a recipe through trial and error, you learn more from your entrepreneurial missteps than your victories.

And every misstep gets you one step closer to success.

And, after being an entrepreneur for 20 years, I’ve been lucky to have a few.

From bootstrapping multiple businesses from scratch, to helping raise tens of millions of dollars in venture capital, to scalling startups from Sydney to San Francisco and beyond, I've had my fair share of entrepreneurial servings.‍

I love sharing my learnings with founders.

I’ve personally advised and mentored over a hundred founders.
